You must maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • We offer a 14-day free trial
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of your subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Share your account credentials
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Attempt to breach or circumvent service security

6. Content and Copyright

You retain rights to your content but grant us license to use it for providing our services. You must have rights to any content you upload or use with our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 6 months, or $500, whichever is less. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. If your account is terminated, you will not receive a refund for any unused subscription time.
